Lab grown hiv

Hi,  i have acute ocd n hiv fear so please help me. I read that hiv produced under artificial conditions in a lab can survive for a few hours. Lets say someone got their hands on such hiv flyids n put it in ur waterbottle, how long will it survive? Could u get infected? If not, then y? Pls pls help! I hate having such fears n have been to a therapist

Thank u so much for ur constant help, rainlover! But y does it say tt it can survive for a few hrs? Is tt only while still under lab conditions? So exposure to air makes it inactive ?
