Massive Bleeding

Dear All
Here I am again,I was so scare and here is my story:
Last night, I had dinner at my friend's, he should be negative since his last test was negative.
My friend got his fingers cut while he opened the fridge and it was bleeding A LOT, he tried to watch the blood and it still kept coming out, he dropped the blood on the floor and the chopping board, it was 100%sure his blood drop, not like tiny tiny blood spot but real drop. of course he cleaned up everything and cover his fingers with paster, after about 30 minutes, he took out the chicken and plates from the oven and put on the chopping board where his blood was on, he chop the chicken and put pieces on the plates,(he also put his hand on the plate to feel if the plate was hot or not) and he also grab the spoon and knife!!!! then I ate the chicken with those plates and spoons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what is the risk if he was POZ? he broke up with his ex-boyfriend who is POZ, they dont lieve together any more, but what is my risk if he was POZ??? I am so worried

HIV does not maintain its infectiousness outside the human body, regardless of whether the bleeding was "massive".
