May i have it?

Hello im a 17 year old bi kid,, maybe just curious idk. The thing is i had my first sexual experiences with a guy i met over a website about a month and a half ago? or a bit more. He said he was HIV-. but honestly idk how many people could like, although i would like to think he was honest. The thing is i gave him oral sex and we had anal sex...without protection and he ejaculated. ( I know i feel stupid but at the time i wasnt really thinking straight) That same week i had runny nose and slight fever that week but im pretty sure it had started the day before i had sex. The next week i was fine but the week after that i had muscle pains kind of like spasms of pain i guess a runny nose felt rlly tired and slight fever for another week. I had been reading about HIV and i was getting really scared at this time. I also had white stuff on my tounge which scared the hell out of me but i also had just gotten my bottom braces on so maybe something? At two days before the four week mark i had an HIV test. After the longest week of my life results came back NEGATIVE. i had another test done 2 weeks or 3? later and also NEGATIVE. I was told to return in Jan for the 3 month test but that i was pretty much good. But a few days ago i developed a sore throat and now a slight fever at around 99.1. I also have red rashes under my armpits, but that could also just be dry skin because it is getting cold. I havnt had any swollen lymph nodes (none that i can tell), but have been itchy all around my body but im also really paranoid and very anxious so maybe im just idk... Anyway is there still a chance that i could have it?

A conclusive test is one that is done 3 months post possible exposure.

forgot to mention....i have the white stuff on my tounge back it seems ot come back when im like slighly sick or when my tounge is scraped and hurt by my braces, and i read oral traima could cause white stuff on the tounge, i  heard it could also just be saliva buildup and wheni brush my tounge most of it comes off after several brushes. It more apparent when i wake up with a dry mouth because i sleep with my mouth open a little because of my braces.
