Mutual Masturbation and penis damage

I have had an encounter with a woman. She gave me a body to body massage and then she gave me a handjob. Meanwhile, with the same hand she stimulated her vagina, there was vaginal fluid present. During the handjob the frenulum of my penis broke (although with no blood in sight) creating what I understand to be a gateway to blood flow. Several days later that part of my penis still hurts. Is it possible that there was HIV transmission by masturbating with the vaginal fluid from her hand and my broken frenulum?

This is the second time we have advised you about what the risks for HIV are. If you do not do any of those activities, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.  There is no "what if" that you can ask that will turn your event into a risk for HIV.

There is no risk here. The ONLY risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So, a hand job is never a risk even if there is vaginal fluid or blood. Air is present. This poses no risk at all.

I'm sure you know the meaning of the word "only" in the advice, but your posts make it seem as if you don't . Move on.
