HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

The ulcers in your mouth and the blood on the glass would not transmit hiv. Hic is not transmitted through environmental surfaces. Hiv is transmitted sexually by unprotected anal/vaginal penetration OR sharing needles (drugworks).
