Are my 4-week symptoms associated to HIV or other STDs infections?

Hi Doctors,

10 weeks ago I had several cuts and scratches over my neck and chin with an electric trimmer.
Almost four weeks after I start having sour throat with a white patch on the tonsil, mild fever, and muscle and joints ache. I also had my lymph nodes aching in my neck, armbit and groin.
The fever went in two days, but the other symptoms lasted for almost 4 weeks.
That time I started thinking about the possibility of being infected from the barber cuts I had, so I did rapid HIV test after 6 weeks (blood from fingertip) and the results came negative.
I also did a blood test to check any possible viral/bacterial infections including strip throat and mononucleosis. The results also came negative.

It's been 10 weeks since then, Most of the symptoms have gone, but my groin area is till aching and sometimes he area at the base of my neck.
My question is: should I do the HIV test again since the doctor told me that the 6-week results are not as conclusive with the rapid test?.
I know learnt that the odds of getting HIV infection from such incident are pretty small, but what about other infections such as HCV or anything else.
Honestly these are the weirdness symptoms and sickness I've ever had in my life, which made me very anxious about almost all possible reasons behind them including STDS, Cancers, etc.

Lastly, apologies for my English and much appreciation to your time and response.
