Mouth contact with blood

There is a stranger on the road at night fell. I and pick him up.in order to thank he gave me a cigarette, I immediately took the smoke put his mouth.Smoke I smoke a mouthful I found that the Cigarette butts Have blood.A look carefully found his finger in bleeding,My problem is that he was bleeding hand gave me a cigarette and cigarette butts have blood in my mouth I have risk?
I need to check?            thank

Fresh blood Directly through Cigarette butts In my mouth.Blood may suction into my body.this is not in vivo infection?

HIV is not able to infect outside the body. HIV can ONLY infect through unprotected penetrative anal/vaginal sex, sharing needles for drug use and from mother to child. Nothing you have posted is a risk because you cannot get infected from exposure to blood outside the body. And no risk means no reason to test.
