am I worrying too much

hi everyone,i just need advice on something.about 4 weeks ago on a Tuesday,i had an encounter with a female elderly escort.she gave me protected oral sex and about ten minutes later she slips the condom off,she gave me a footjob and then I think she gave me bare oral for a short while.the entire experience lasted +- 25 - 30 minutes, then I left.i have proof of that.now on that Saturday I went to see the doctor, for some reason I self some paranoia.i had initially ruled out hiv,but the doctor said oral sex has some risk (even though low),the doctor drew blood from my hand to send to the lab.at the same time he put me on PEP ( POST EXPOSURE PROPHYLAXIS).this was past the 72 hour bracket.in the first week I felt headache and fever.third week I got a small outbreak of canker sores on my tongue, fourth week I got neck pain (im worried its my lymph nodes ),and small outbreak of cold sores on my lips.as well gastrointestinal upset.im very worried now as Tuesday will be exactly four weeks post exposure.each week it seems im developing something new.also im feeling weak, tired, fatigued, sleepy all the time.mild nausea.myalgia as well.i want to know could this all be resistance to PEP (im taking ciplas duovir by the way) and ars could be onsetting or is it the use of PEP combined with anxiety? very very very very worried.cant eat, sleep,or do anything.

Thanks for the advice, but what about the symptoms I'm experiencing each and every week since exposure.personally I know I don't have the virus but all these signs and symptoms are telling me a different story and what I typed was the thick and thin of it.there isn't any more to it.I wasn't drunk either.

You're overthinking this. The virus is present in saliva but in exceedingly small concentrations. Not enough to infect and coupled with the fact that saliva renders the virus inactive.
The long and the short about your particular situation is that you did not get infected .
If what you posted is correct you did not get infected!

so oral sex has no risk? her feet were squeaky clean with no scars, bruises,or cuts.is it true that the mouth has no hiv present in it.even if blood does get into saliva from open sores.the saliva kills it.also cold sores I hear is rises through heightened anxiety.

Your pep medication can do that. It's powerful stuff !

I will not interfere with your doctor's recommendation, but what I know for a fact is that based on what you posted above you were never even near being infected with HIV.

so could all this be my anxiety and ciplas duovir.the tablet does have nasty side effects.but the timing of symptoms seems so in tuned with ars.im really worried.

putting you on PEP after your exposure is my humble opinion outrageous!

You never had a risk.
