precum with wound

here i have this situation that worries me a lot
i was with a male hooker last nite, he used his finger to massage my peri-anal region but too hard ,so there was wound and a little blood. then he was just pressing his hard penis on my peri-anal region for about half a minute ,without a condom. i did not let him to penetration. after that he made me give him oral sex for a while ,less than 1 minute,no ejection,but im sure there was wounds in my mouth too because i spit a little blood after that.
so there is my concern.if he is hiv carrier, what is the chance of me getting infected by my wounds in my  peri-anal region or mouth touching his precum?is this hi risk exposure? the precum was of small amount because i did not even notice that.
AND any study of hiv infection with precum ? any actual case exist?

i know maybe my questions are silly or have been answered already.
but its quite hard for me to find this forum and type so much english ,so please give me some answer

i am sure this is not breaking rules because its some sort of academic discuss.
i read from this froum since last nite. i found that many expert said here : if one get penetration without condom. then even without cum inside,just precum is of high risk.
my case is precum touching (not gently) from penis directly to open cuts around my anus. why isnt it a risk.
why penetration or not is so crucial!

thank u so much for replying .im a chinese gay man, really hard for me to post here....so please allow me to ask my last question.
u said that was no risk,but allow me to be a bit more specific.. his penis trusted my anal a little while(10 seconds) ,trying to get in, not just gently touching. but definitely no penetration!
but his precum may still touch my open cuts in this manner (there was blood).
is this still no risk to you given from more details above?

No risk.
You did a smart thing by not having him penetrate you anally without protection.

The scenario you presented is of NO risk in regards to HIV.
