I have asked a question last week,But maybe I didn't say clearly so I didn't get the answer. So I have to post another question ,I am sorry.
I am an Chinese and this is what happened to me:
One day I went to a small hospital with two magazines to do test for HBV .The result was negative but this was not important..When I waited there I touched some liquid in the hospital and then touched the magazine so I took the liquid to the magazine .When I went home I found the liquid is here on the magazine .Because it is covered by the paper ,it is still wet. Then my wife came and she touched the magazine. After this she went to the toilet to change her sanitary pad because her menses came.So I am afraid she touched the liquid when she open the magazine(let's assume this happened) and then touched her vagina and this might make her be infected by HIV.Is this a risk for her?
Besides,HIV can be tested in the place where I test for HBV so I am afraid the liquid may be something from another person that has been tested ,and it may be with HIV .And after touching the magazine my wife went to the toilet to change the sanitary pads and there is no time interval.I am also sure the liquid is wet and covered by the papers so the liquid don't expose to air very well until my wife open the magazine .
So here is my question
1) If the liquid is with HIV ,what the risk for my gf?what if the liquid is something that have been tested or been added some chemicals like glucose or anticoagulants(this can keep the blood wet and can't dry up like normal blood) in the hospital so it can be different from normal liquid and may stay active enough to infect my gf?Is what I say possible?
2)As I didn't know clearly what happened to her when she change the sanitary pad, please think of any possible risk from any possible casual behavior and give me an final answer.WHAT IS THE RISK FOR HER ?If she touched the liquid then went to change the sanitary pad,is there any possible risk for her?
I hope you can take my question seriously and think of all the possible risk as the liquid is from such a special place ,the liquid don't expose to air well and my wife is during menses. If she touched the liquid then went to change the sanitary pad,is there any possible risk for her?If there is a possible risk,on matter how low it is,please tell me.THANKS
I am sorry for my bad English and Hope for your answer.THANKS A LOT.
