Penis touched — massage

I went to a massage place. The lady touched and started to massage my penis unprotected for a few seconds. I got worried and stopped her. I asked to se her hands and could see a few sores on the palms of her hands and arms. She did not speak English so I couldn’t understand what they were. They were not actively bleeding and looked like burns. Do I need to worry or test from this encounter?

This is not a risk for HIV. The risks for HIV include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles to inject drugs. Her touching your penis even with wounds or burns on her hands is not a risk. Air inactivates the virus. There is zero risk here.
