Over reacting, but concerned and far away from western medicine

LZT
About 3 weeks ago I had vaginal sex with a sex worker in China. As far as I know, the condom stayed in tack the entire time, but not 100% sure. An hour or so later, I experienced pain in my right testicle. I have a history of prostititus so I assume that the cause of the pain, as I had not had sex in a couple of weeks. That pain went away after 2 weeks of CIPRO.
On the 13th day, I started to have a periodic pain in the left side of my throat. Not painful all the time, just when I talk.
A few days after, I started to have some nasal drainage as well. This has been going on for over a week now.
In addition, on about the 15th day after the sex, I began to have periodic pain in my right groin area. I believe where the lymph nodes are located. After that, I have had what I would call periodic "twinges" in my neck, under my left arm, the middle of my inner thigh. They come and go very quickly. I have tried "self examination" of the lymph nodes, but cannot really tell anything. Also some muscle soreness in my back.
No rash, No fever, generally feel OK, except for more and more anxiety.
1. Could these symptoms were HIV or other std related?
2. I have heard that HIV lymph nodes are not painful. Would they be painful if you touched them? How could you tell if they were swollen? ( medical attention where I am located is not the best)
3. Does a fever "always" preceed the other ARS symptom?

Forget about the symptoms. Did you remove the condom from your penis when you finished?

This is not ARS.  It doesn't start an hour after sex.

3) Always is a strong word, fever is usually present with ARS.

As far as you know the condom stayed on... That means you had protected sex. You weren't at risk.
