Please help... His symptoms and severe anxiety

On December 2 I had unprotected vaginal sex with an Hispanic girl I know... I'm 27 years old circumcised male... It was for a brief 2 min because I was feeling guilt and stopped... Dec 29 I did a rapid finger prick test at a clinic for antibodies... Came back negative... Then I started freaking out... And the last few days I've been having headache, diarrhea 1 day, my throat feels weird but not sore yet, but I got sore canker in my gum where I used to have my wisdom tooth... I've been having between 97.3F and 99.3F and watery nose... Now, I suffer severe anxiety and depression for a while now(last year and a half) And I know anxiety can cause those symptoms as well... I feel my anxiety building up in my stomach...

She's got tested rapid test finger prick yesterday came back negative, as well, as last week went to an std clinic to get a test... She'll get the results by Friday...

I tested yesterday for rna got result today non-reactive but still have those symptoms, Thursday I'm going to get a 4th generation test as well

I'm freaking out big time I live in constant fear... Sorry to bug...

Rapid finger prick was 27 days after and rna was 33 days after exposure and tonight I had my first night sweat... Freaking out again... And bad
And I got today( 35 days after exposure) a rapid test: negative and a duo test that I should be getting results by tomorrow or Friday
