Please Help!

Can somebody help me answer my worries. I am in total shocked and fear really feeling tormented and discouraged after hearing the result of my test for HIV SCREENING. The MedTech who screened my blood yesterday recently announced that I AM REACTIVE TO HIV with a point value of 0.8. He suggested me to have another test which he somewhat said CONFIRMATORY TEST FOR WESTERN BLOT. What is that for? Am i really POSITIVE TO HIV? Do i need to undergone IMMEDIATE TREATMENT? DO I REALLY NEED TO HAVE A ANOTHER TEST? Please help me if you know the fact. I am so stress right now.
Thank you for the immediate response.

As I know, Its reactive if the value is >1. Your value of 0.8 is supposed to he non- reactive.. Kindly seek a second opinion...
