I have been having symptoms since I had my last sexual contact about a month ago (gave unprotected oral, he came in my mouth). I've had this come and go mild pain (?) on the tip of mi penis, sort of feels as if it were being pinched by a hot needle. It lasts for a few seconds and then goes away. Sometimes it it stonger, sometimes I can barely feel it. It happens 3 or 4 times a day. Also I have been urinating with more frequency, even if not much comes out. There's also a small hard "lump" on my penis shaft, under the skin. It's only noticeable when it's erect, but you can certainly find it by pressing a little when it's not. It's not itchy nor red. It doesn't hurt or anything... The last thing I've noticed is that sometimes my penis leaks a little after peeing, don't know if it's much but enough to be obvious and make me concerned.
Now, the worst part is that looking for my symptoms on this website I come across this:
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Urology/Dripping---leaking-urine-and-penis-pain/show/285715
In short the guy explains symptoms similar to mine and also mentions a bit about his sexual history which coincidentally mentions protected intercourse and unprotected oral only. Dr. Kevin Pho advises him, and I quote: "I would indeed first rule out infections like STDs and HIV. A urethral swab or urine tests can be done as an initial screen."
What's up with this?? Are these symptoms of primary infection by HIV??? My dr said the lump had nothing to do with stds, but now I'm freaking out. Can somebody please tae the time to explain at least in a small paragraph your view on this?? I can't deal with a "You were not at risk" response anymore when on your site I have come across the exact oposite.
I might as well add that he only briefly touched my penis with his hand. I then gave him a brief oral, around 30 seconds no deepthroating.
