Do you think I could be exposed to hiv?

3 months ago I got my ear pierced. The needle was new and the earring was sterile. The receiving tube was not new though the tech assured me that it was cleaned and he sprayed it severally before the procedure.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had ZERO RISK for HIV.  No one has ever contracted HIV from an ear piercing event, and you will not be the first.
