Hi, i need a serious assessment from an experienced point of view. I had sex with a handful of girls with an unknown status. I started having symptoms of an std(stomache cramps, burning urination) so i went to tge local clinic. She asked me if i wanted to get tested or just treated for chlamitia. I took the treatment just to be safe. It was an antibiotic shot as well as pills. I felt better at first but a couple days latet i had a rash on my forehead. It wat spotty or a dark color. It was my entire forehead and it was just slightly red. It went away in about a week. I freaked out so i took an at home hiv express test thats fda approved. It was negative. Then about a month later i took another one and it was negative as well. At this point i had no symptoms except i itched everywhere. So i went in and took an 8 panel test with urinalysis and blood. It came back hsv 1 and 2 positive. But negative for hiv. Since then i ha e taken another hiv express test a month later. After that i started breaking out in my face. But in a weird way. Like my skin was irritable but only like a pimple. But they didnt heal fast. I still wasnt convinced so i took another blood test a month later. It was negative. I have then taken another hiv express test which was negative. I am now losing muscle mass and having muscle twitches. My skin still itches and i feel crappy alot. I am stuck being convinced its hiv. Also my girlfriend has had symptoms of weight loss and achey muscles. Is it still possible to be hiv positive after 5 months and five different hiv tests? I have to pay out if pocket and would lose my career if it were true so im making every effort to develop my next course of action. Thanks for any advise you could give me.

This is true, and i wish that i could say that thats what it is but the symptoms arent going away at all. Even when im distracted at work. Can acute hiv symptoms last for 5 months?
So in your opinion what could be wrong? Obviously it is std related based on the fact that two people started having symptoms areound the samd time. Do you think hsv1 and 2 could create those symptoms?
