Hi I had an unprotected intercourse with women I know a little ,- and then after 2 weeks I had ulcers on the mouth , extreme tiredness and loosing weight about 3 kg in 10days , had headache two days which on and off . No fever at all.
After the encounter I have convinced the women to take a test which was came nagative - am not in situation to take the test due to the country issue - please help me do I need a test since the women results came nagative - please help

Her test is only conclusive IF she took the test at least 30 days after her last unprotected sex event.

No one can tell you if those are symptoms of HIV or not. If she tested negative at least 30 days after her last unprotected encounter, she does not have HIV and could not give you HIV.
