HIV Negative test at 17 weeks with persistent symptoms?

Hi
I had a high risk exposure on 6th of January. My exposure was in West Africa( condom failure with SW) I regret my mistake so bad and all this was under influence of alcohol. I have never been so stupid. 1 week upon arriving in Europe I started developing Ars symptoms. It's been 4.5 months and I still have symptoms like thrush, severe headaches, dry skin, weight loss (10 kg), muscle twitching, fatigue, rumbling stomach, sweating armpits at night, hot flashes etc. I tested at up till 17 weeks here in Germany with Duo test. It came back negative. I was surprised tbh. I went to several doctors and did blood works. They say everything is normal. But I'm in severe pain. My life has stopped. I don't know what to do. What could this be if not Hiv. Is it a new Hiv strain or a new virus? I feel I'm rapidly progressing to Aids.

I'm very sorry you're having so many medical problems, and I can't tell you what's causing them.  I CAN tell you that it's not related to HIV.  The DUO test is the most sensitive test on the market, and you would not test negative on ANY HIV test if you were, in fact, experiencing symptoms of HIV.

Keep working with your doctors to find the cause of your symptoms, but you can rule out HIV for sure.

Thanks for your reply. Honestly I've been to several doctors. Dome several tests. They all tell me I'm fine. But I know I'm in deep trouble. One doctor told me it's all in my head. But I know how I'm feeling. Everything points towards Hiv. It's just a matter of time before the diagnosis . 1 minute of foolishness has ruined my life. Nobody merits such a thing. It's a horrible disease.
As long as you continue to focus on HIV as the cause of your issues, you will never get to the bottom of what is REALLY causing them.  It isn't HIV. NOTHING points toward HIV, particularly your conclusive negative test.  You aren't going to be eventually diagnosed with HIV.  On that point your doctor is correct in stating it's all in your head.

Your symptoms and timing are all wrong for HIV, and it would not be possible for you to test negative for HIV if you were having symptoms of HIV.
