I also had unprotected sex Unknown women just ones. Just after 5 days I got high temperature 104 degrees with 6000 wbc and neut is 78% and lymo is 8% and all others including rbc, hb, platelet count normal. Pls help is it Ars symptoms

Blood "Complete Picture" (CP) does not tell you about your infection conclusively. You need to go for the specific HIV screening test after a recommended window period.
