Is one blood test from the Elisa Antibodies 1/2 accurate after 3 years? Dr made be tested after telling him I had sex with a girl with no condom and the test came out negative

An antibody test is reliable, conclusive and accurate any time after 3 months of the exposure. If you did not have any other exposure of unprotected sex during past three months, you are fine, the test excludes your from the infection completely. You do not have HIV
