Possible Hiv Exposure

11 days ago I had a possible hiv exposure encounter . After unprocessed sex , the next day I had all over joint pain and stiff neck . This has never happened before , but this is a new sex partner . I haven’t had any other symptoms yet besides headache and EXTREME anxiety . Please can someone relax my mind . This was a heterosexual encounter . I am a 19 year old female . What is the one symptom I should be looking for that means I am going through ARS ? Does this joint and muscle pain mean this is Ars ??? How soon can I take a hiv to get the best results and to relieve my stress ?

Based on everything I've read from the experts and the community , and I'm sure someone else will say the same to back me up, but you should not look for symptoms. HIV is only diagnosed by tests. Since you had unprotected sex I would test at 28 days. Also, the symptoms would not show up the next day.
