Possible exposure?

To put it shortly:

I was at a club 3 weeks ago and my finger on my left hand got burnt pretty bad on a cigarette. It bled a little and was open about 1 cm with raw flesh. Several hours (about 4) later I went home with a guy (I am gay). We messed around (kissing and him giving me a blow job) and I came but he didn't. 5 or 6 hours later, we messed around again (kissing and and him giving me a blow job) and he came. I do not believe any of the cum got on my burn, but if it had, what are the chances of contracting HIV from an open wound?

I know that symptoms can vary and are not a conclusive way to determine HIV, but what worries me is that I have gotten a rash on my right palm, and a little on my left hand, with small bumps the size of pencil lead that are mostly the color of my skin. Could this be indicative of HIV rash?

Thank you kindly for your advice.

Thank you Teak. I had a feeling this is what you would write.

I do not question your thoughts, but I have read many governmental and health organization documents, and they always make the point that if blood or semen (or other bodily fluid) came in contact with an open wound, this would increase the risk of contracting HIV. In your view, do you believe this increases the risk?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

You never had an exposure.
