Possible exposure?

Hello,

In a moment of weakness I had exposed myself to a happy ending massage. The masseuse had used a lot of oil and had rubbed fairly aggressively. She was fully clothed for the massage. 4 days later I have pain/itch in the penile area. A urine test has come up positive for protein and blood in the urine. Am I at risk for hiv or any other sti? Thank you

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

If you never do either of those activities with someone of unknown HIV status, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.

Neither HIV nor STDs are transmitted by hands, or through clothing - EVEN IF the hands have blood or fluid on them.
