Protected Anal Sex Risk

Hello,

On March 23, 2013 I engaged in protected anal sex with another male. I was the Top, we used a condom and lube, it lasted for at least 10 minutes. I did not notice the condom slip or rip. I did came inside the condom, which was inside the guy. I had previously asked him about his status and he said he was clean. I'm suffering severe anxiety and guilt. After, the next day I had diarrhea and I think I still do, so it has been about 10 days with it. Also, 4 days later after the protected sex I developed a sore throat and hasn't gone away yet. I'm worried that this might be a sign of HIV. What are my risk? Or am I being to paranoid and over dramatic about this?
