Hi , I had Sex with a prostitute Today, It was a protected sex, Wore condoms and all were intact. I  had licked her vagina & have felt the vaginal fluid also, My concerns are , do i need to worry as i noticed i am having tooth decay & cavity /Space have in my tooth.(Black teeth)
Also i had french kissed her....so little worried because of all this.
All the time i was wearing condom, at one point of time after having vaginal sex, i removed my condom, & from same hand i started  masturbating & ejaculated also, there might be some vaginal fluid on that condom, which will
be on my hand as well when i started masturbating ... Looking at all these above things, what you guys suggest, Do i need to worry for a test ? please guide, little tensed ....

what you listed is zero risk for HIV. in adults it is only transmitted by unprotected anal sex, unprotected vaginal sex and sharing needles used for drugs. if you do not do any of these activities, you do not have to worry about HIV. you wore a condom and vaginal fluids are not a risk.

If your dont mind, How do you define Unprotected vaginal sex ??  I wore condom , but  touched my penis  probably with that vaginal fluid hand, amount of that fluid will be very less.. but still...
Only the head needs protection which the condom does.
This answers all your HIV questions about safe sex and if you think of any others, then you can get the answer if you just reread about the 3.
You had no risk for HIV so your pep was a waste of time. Even if you had a risk, it is not smart to take a medication for less days than recommended or take one when you need 2 - thankfully that is irrelevant since you had no risk, but keep it in mind next time. I wouldn't tell the wife because she will be hurt and there is no HIV disease for you or her to worry about. You can check the std forum for info on that though.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
Your only risk was the kissing could give you flu or strep throat because she kisses every guy in town.
I define unprotected as not protected, meaning no condom. you wore a condom so you were protected. as i said the vaginal fluid is not a risk. i read it completely the first time and addressed that,  mentioning it again will not change zero risk.
How french kiss can lead to flu ?
thanks @laxus2012
i guess you do not know how the flu is transferred from person to person,  but if they have the flu virus that is one of the many ways you can get it.  since they kiss everyone, they can have this or cold viruses that are easily transmitted.
"I wore condom , but  touched my penis  probably with that vaginal fluid hand, amount of that fluid will be very less.. but still..."

HIV can't be transmitted in that fashion.  The moment HIV is in contact with the environment, the virus is seperated from it's host.  No scope of further transmission, it's inactive.  Hence,  it is said to be a difficult virus to transmit,  it needs some specific scenarios for transmission.  These scenarios have been already listed all over the internet and the other members have also contributed time and again.
