Need help HIV

Hi All, I need your expertise to evaluate my HIV risk. Few months back I had sex with an escort and I have used condom while having sex after sometime I have stopped and removed the condom due to pain, few seconds later I have used the same condom to have sex again and condom was intact. My question is I think 2nd time I wore the condom inside out and asked her to perform hand job if now inner part of condom is having her vaginal fluid and as it's touching my penis head am I at risk for HIV as the fluid is on my penis.

I have undergone 4th generation test at 31 days mark and it was negative, but  am regularly getting cold and also some red itchy bumps on my body. So want to check if I am at risk. Can I take my 4th generation result as final one. Please help..

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

HIV is not transmitted by fluid that has been outside the body. Flipping the condom, even IF that happened, would not result in HIV transmission.

Whatever is causing your medical issues is not related to HIV, since you had zero risk for HIV.

Thank you for your response, my last question is I have undergone 4th generation test at 31 days mark can I also consider it as conclusive.
You didn't have any risk for HIV, so any test you take at any time will be negative.
Thank you I am feeling much better now, but was asking just for my knowledge at how many days mark can we take test results conclusive.
You can mark YOUR results conclusive at any time.
We're here to answer personal risk, prevention and testing questions, not provide "knowledge" about events that did not occur.  You did not have a risk, and we are not going to pretend that you needed to test.
Got it thanks...
hiv is dead in air, so all you did was put dead virus on the outside of the condom.
