Protected intercourse and unprotected oral sex, do I need to go for a test?

Hi doc,

I am just wondering whether I should go for a test or not.

I visited local brothels 21 times this whole year, had condom protected intercourses in all these 21 times (no break at all). However, among these 21 times, there were 3 times I had oral sex with a condom, which means the rest 18 times were unprotected. But there was no cut, no wound at all on my penis. Also, among these 21 times, 9 times were taken places in legal local brothels (sex work is legal and regulated in Melbourne, Australia), whereas the rest 12 times were with private escort, which I am not sure they are legal or not.

I had an antibody test on 15 July 2014 for migration health check and received a negative result. Thus, I assumed the former 14 times were fine, since the last time among them happened on 16 June 2014, almost a month before. However, I am not sure the rest 7 times (1 with private escort and 6 with legal brothels, unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal intercourse with no condom failure a single time and no wound or blood). The last one was 3 days ago, on 18 Aug 2014, and it would be the last one in my life.

For your information, I have no symptom before and in this moment, but I am in panic. I am truly regret for what I have done in this crazy one year, everything seems to fall apart. So am I at risk of getting infected? Do I need to do one more test based on my description?

You are right. I should have stopped it the first time I got tested this year. Simply just cannot resist the temptation. That is my weakness. And now, I've learnt the lesson. Hope this is not too late. Thx again for all the suggestions you gave me.

Thx, now I understand. In fact, I am feeling guilty everyday now. She sensed that there is something abnormal with me, but she did not know. If she knows, the whole relationship would no long exist. That is why I am so stressed and desperate. I wish to talk to someone, but I could not tell her. Ironically, she is probably the only one I could share this kind of information in Melbourne, since we are new migrants here.

I do not know why my previous reply is deleted...... I was just saying that maybe I am not that sexually active, since these 21 times were almost all the sex I had in 2014, plus less than 3 times with my gf (she is fine, she only has me during her entire life so far).

Actually, I am not that sexually active at all. These 21 times were almost all the sex I had in this year, plus less than 3 times with my girlfriend (She is fine, I am her only guy so far in her life)......
