Protecting my hairdresser

I have tested negative at 5 weeks post potential exposure.
Should I advise my hairdresser?
Sometimes, he cuts too close and there has been blood previously.
He works all day with cutting implements and may have fresh cuts on his hands which, by the very nature of his trade, will be close to my blood.

Unless he has unprotected sex with you he doesn't have an HIV concern.

Thank you Teak.
I realise now that I was not explicit in my original post.

I had unprotected sex with an injecting drug user, who disappeared when I asked him for a blood test.

I had a test at 5 weeks which came back negative.

My concern here is for my hairdresser.
If I am HIV+ but just not testing + for it yet, am I putting my hairdresser at risk and should I caution him?

Thank you.

D.
