if you had unprotected sex with someone, who has hiv, you have put yourself at risk of contracting hiv and will need to be tested.
a duo test at 4 weeks or an antibody test at 6 weeks will give you a very good indication of your status but MUST BE followed up at 3 months post exposure to get that conclusive result.
