Fever 13 days after exposure, having a breakdown

I am in desperate need of help.  I am losing my mind.

I made the AWFUL mistake of having unprotected intercourse with a girl that I had only been seeing for 2 weeks.  Like a fool, I saw her as clear of any disease because she was a well-established, successful single woman with an MBA, nice career, and nice everything.  There is nothing I regret more deeply today than this lapse of judgment.

I first had unprotected sex with her on October 13th.  On October 29th, I developed a fever, accompanied by other symptoms, including a sore throat and nasal congestion.  I had recovered in about a week.

In November, I got back together with my long term ex-girlfriend, and we had unprotected sex on December 15th or so.  On the 29th, she developed a fever, sore throat, a runny and stuffy nose, cough, and chest congestion.  She also developed an ear infection.  When she went to the doctor, she was prescribed to antibiotics, and the doctor had told her she had a bacterial infection, that was likely "onset by a viral infection."

I don't know what to say, think, or do.  I am losing my mind.  I have been crying for days and hours over this.  I am going to get tested soon.  Please provide me with some information, good or bad.  I can't take this anymore.  I made a horrible mistake and now I don't want my loved ones to pay for it.

3 month post exposure test will be conclusive. Use condoms correctly and consistently and you will not contract HIV.
