Questions about the risk of HIV infection with gay oral sex

I had oral sex with the same sex last night and we had oral sex for each other. Among them, I once had a deep throat. My genitals are not damaged, and I won't ejaculate in my mouth. After that, I repeatedly asked him if he was infected with HIV. He insisted that he was very healthy and had no sexual relationship. After that, I brushed my teeth for about an hour. The inside of my upper lip is close to my nose, and I have a small oral ulcer. There is no bleeding, I may not touch it. I would like to ask whether the other party is carrying HIV in this case, and whether it should be tested and blocked.

Oral sex is never a risk for HIV. Whether you gave or received it. Saliva and air inactivate the virus. The only risks for hiv are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. So you had nor risk for hiv and do not need to be tested.
