To Teak

Dear teak, from your answer to the attached link did you mean that aids is diagonised and not tested?
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/aids/show/1240220

Like can someone be diagonised having aids but test negative for HIV if he have one or more of the illnesses listed?

See a doctor if you are concerned, has nothing to do with HIV.

I never had any symptoms period. You don't have HIV because you have a conclusive negative test result. Now move along.

You mean people with HIV or Aids don't have those symptoms? Or you are just saying so because I tested negative?

Ditto to teak and vance.  You don't have HIV.  Your tests were beyond conclusive.  Don't waste anymore time or energy worrying about HIV, you aren't infected.

Tingling all over my body, muscle and joints pain, stuffed nose, pelghem, nausea, eye hurts, palms peeling, sole feet sweating, drenched night sweats, fever, dry mouth, oral thrush, eyebrow hair loss, mostache hair loss, like dandruff coming from scalp, fatigue, dry eyes with floaters and sometimes turn yellow, broken nails with color change, brown dots on my thigh, gums swelling, weight loss Etc

What can cause all these symptoms if not HIV?

What should I do next? I spent all my money on testing but all came back negative 3rd and 4th generation!!

Can anyone test negative for standard antibody and p24 but positive for WB and viral load tests? And why things like this happen?

Read it again, he wrote HIV+ "AND" this or that. You always get a positive result for HIV.

But why in the link teak used the word OR which means that even if you are having HIV negative result you still can be diagonised with aids based on cd4 or illnesses related!

HIV is tested for, AIDS is a progression of HIV. So you get diagnosed with AIDS. A person will always test positive for HIV.

2nd question is has nothing to do with HIV. Post in another forum, dentist or maybe ear, nose and throat.

Standard antibody tests are rather inexpensive and quick. A WB takes more resources, money and time. So it is not used because of those factors. Most people test negative, it's not like the flu where many people get it. But because of it's severity is why we always advise testing when someone has a risk.

And since WB and other tests that looks for the virus are conformity test which means they are more accurate why they don't use them on the first place to clear all doubts specially that there are cases where antibody tests failed to detect the virus?
