Am I safe now?

My balanus was squeezed with the other guy's balanus, and my balanus did not touch his sperm. I am afraid that there are some small wounds on my balanus, when my balanus touched his prostatic fluid. So after my ejaculation, I washed my balanus immediately. On the 40th, 47th,  50th,  53rd,  57th, and 60th day, I had an HIV test, they used 3rd generation ELISA,and the results are all negative. On the 68th day, I had an HIV test in another hospital, they used 3rd generation and 4th generation chemiluminiscence, the results are both negative, too. Am I safe now? Or I need to have more tests in the future? Thank you all, I so scared!!!!!

There is no way you can get HIV this way.  Sexual transmission of HIV ONLY happens when a penis is inside a vagina or anus without a condom.  It doesn't matter if you had cuts or scrapes or anything.  Touching genitals is not a method of transmission.  Since you did not penetrate him and he did not penetrate you, there is no risk for you and you do not need to test for HIV.
