Sex with a hooker please help

I had a drunk sex with a hooker. I used a condom and I know it was not all the way to the base. I honestly can't say if the condom broke or not, but know I am concerned. Two weeks and two days after the fact I started sneezing and had a scratchy throat. I took some allergy meds and got congested. I had the congestion and cough for over a week now with no fever. What are the chances I have HIV? I know for a fact that I did not have hiv prior to this event. Thanks for any help

im not a expert here but you should be fine.. i kinda had a similar situation... the condom not be to the base is not a big deal, the condom breaking is... your sypmtoms are nothing close to the hiv symptoms though... if it will make you feel better take a test at six weeks, people here will say waite till three months but the doctors say otherwise... i say you dnt need a test, ur fine.
