Be worried about the vaginal fluid and condom

Hello
I am a worried man.A week ago,I made love with a sex worker.I used a condom. Before the sexual intercourse, she gave me the penilingus without a condom. My glans had a red cut near the meatus urinarius.May be it was bleeding when the oral sex. When the sex worker gave me the penilingus, she sat on my right knee.My knee had a fresh cut which was made before the sex.It was bleeding at that time. She used her labia to rub my knee ceaselessly as she was giving the oral sex.The position where she rubbed was the cut! The cut was about 1-2 square centimetre. After that,we made the sexual intercourse with a condom. The condom was not mine,it was given by the sex worker.I didn't know the quality of it.After ejaculated,I saw the semen assembled in the top of the condom and not see anything leaked out distinctly.
I have a question:If the sex worker was infected.Am I at risk for hiv because of the things which I described above?Do I need to test hiv?
