Really worried, need help

Hi, I'm a 21 years male homosexual, I had unprotected oral sex(give) in the middle of November 2010, I discovered i have 2 lymph nodes on my mandibular, one is big the other is not that obvious, they all can move. so I took tests after 6 weeks and 3 months, the results all turn out to be negative. But the lymph nodes are still there.
This year, in the middle of April, I had an sexual encounter, we blow each other, and he use his dick rubbing against my asehole, but no penetration in the rectal, and he didn't come in my mouth. then after 2 weeks, i have another sexual encounter, he had herpes on his lip, but he using some kind of sticker on it, we only kissing and didnt ****. then after one week I had protected anal sex with a man who said he is clean, and the condom didn't break. But after several days I found 3 more lymph nodes on my neck(both sides). and one in my groin. they didn't hurt, and I didn't have fever or cold anything, just feel tired. Since then, I am worried about being infected by HIV, and other lymph disease such as Lymphoma or Leukemia. Please someone help me, I'm living aboard alone, so it's really scaring. Do I need a test? am I clean to HIV?
Thanks in advance.
PS: the only problem is that I surfer from dental issue, which I always feel uncomfortable in my teeth(but not hurt), and when i brush my teeth, it bleeds, but stop really soon after I wash it.
Thanks
