Dear doctors,
I’m male, i met a guy online who I don't know about his HIV status. We started anal sex without a condom(I was receiving/bottoming). He inserted his penis in my anis for about 10-20 seconds with no ejaculation. Then I stopped him. Am I at high risk?

You need to take a duo test after 28 days for a conclusive result. Unprotected anal is a risk that no one can calculate for you - other than if he is negative then your risk is zero so I would focus on that hope until you can test. Or you can get him to test now and if negative, you only have to worry about his activities in the last 28 from the test date - but you should still test at 28.
