Recent surgical scar Nasal septum contact w/ infected vaginal fluid

lmi
Had a septoplasty revision surgery on nose Sept 10. Saw a sex worker Oct 30, was concerned about finger (cuts from labor work) w/ vaginal fluids from someone I'm certain was infected, and almost instant contact w/ picking inside of nose (mucous membranes) on that same side out of habit.. Did have an infection/zit appearance on that inner side of nose, over a week later, cough & fatigue/stress mark til now. Tested negatively supposedly for everything else. Still concerned, not feeling great. Any expert advice Available would be appreciated?

Still not feeling good; Havent' really since around day 10. Also have a pimple on uvula (on top of inside that side of nose-bled slightly twice). Just seems too coincidental all these little things/life quality differences since then. Felt weaker, skin weaker-slow healing from cuts(yardwork), lots of breakouts & shedding as well, redness, a cough.

Thanks for your confidence and logic, Teak, but still highly concerned/frustrated...

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
