Lymph Node

When self inspecting your lymph nodes, if they are actually swollen, do you actually feel the enlarged lymph node and isolate that?

Again....noe of that info is relevant, b/c you simply can NEVER go by what you perceive as "symptoms" when it comes to ARS.  ARS causes systemic swelling of nodes, not just an isolated one or two, and they stay swollen usually until the ARS process ends.  Can be 7 days, can be weeks.

Read the answers you were given in the expert forum again......you are worrying needlessly.

You DON"T self inspect your lymph nodes.  Swollen lymph nodes need to be assessed and diagnosed by a health care professional ONLY.  Lymph nodes in their normal state are commonly palpable......which is why only a health care professional can determine if they are swollen.
