Hiv risk from oral sex and anal fingering

A guy gave me oral sex on my penis and later fingered my anus. I didnt have any type of anal sex. Plz see if i have any riak from recieving oral sex and what if his finger had genital fluid such as cum or pre cum on his hands becuase im 100percent sure he was touching his penis and then fingering me.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You cannot get HIV or any STDs from hands, no matter what they touched, and no matter where the hands touch you.  
No one has ever been infected with HIV from receiving oral sex.
ZERO risk for HIV and of course, you do not need a test.
