do i need hiv test please im so scared and crying

i went to a small local lab to get test for hiv just to be sure
who is owned by 1 person
he is alone in the lab doing all the tests
now im soo worry because i think that person used a
used needle on me

the needle was in 2 Pieces

1-the tube where the bloog is going
2-and the needle

after he finished my blood draw he took only the tube to test it without the needle

the tube was packaged and new im sure
but the needle was on the table and i cant remember if it was packaged or not
im afraid that its used and has some hiv blood inside it
that was 8 to 9 months and im afraid to go to test for hiv im crying everyday
also 2 or 3 weeks after that accident i got some symptoms exactly as hiv early symptoms i read
on the internet

do i need hiv test
am i at risk for hiv

you said
a blood draw would have extracted blood from you, not pushed blood into you.

but in my blood draw
in the beginning there was a little blood comming out from my vein
so he pushed in and out several times
(negative and positive pressure)

can i still be sure that nothing was pushed into your bloodstream

sorry im not that good in english
im sorry

Many of our members do not like to address "what if" situations, because they aren't realistic concerns.  In your case:
1.  The needle would have had to be re-used.  This is HIGHLY unlikely.  Clinics do not re-use needles.  You can call the clinic and ask, but that would be bad practice.

2.  The needles would have had to be previously used on a person infected with HIV.  This is also highly unlikely.

Additionally, a blood draw would have extracted blood from you, not pushed blood into you.  Even if there was anything at all in the needle (and again, realistically this did NOT happen), nothing was pushed into your bloodstream.  Your own blood was pulled out of your bloodstream.

You did not have any risk for HIV at all.
