protect vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex

I am male. I had sex 8 times with 6 diffirent girls. I had sex in 28/5, 2/6, 5/6, 13/6, 20/6, 25/6, 30/6 and the last time in 7/7/2016. I use condom when i had vaginal sex all that times, but when i received oral sex, i didn't use comdom. According to my memory, the comdom didn't break but I am not sure that if the comdom can be leaked or not. I had combo Hiv Ag/Ab test (Architect) in 13/7, 18/7, 29/7, 4/8 and 11/8. All result were negative (non-reactive). But yesterday, i found a neck nodule. Is that a sign of HIV. I am vere confused. Please help me. Thank you and I am sorry about my poor english. Hope you understand.

If you used a condom EVERY time you had insertive vaginal  sex, you never had a risk for HIV. If a condom fails, you would absolutely know it as when they fail, they fail catastrophically. There is virtually nothing left but the ring around the base of your penis. They do NOT "leak!"

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV but CAN be a risk for other STD's and I suggest you have a full STD panel done.

Symptoms are NEVER used to diagnose HIV. Get checked for STD's.
