Potential Semen/Blood in Hair

So I was walking around a grocery store, and 30 minutes later after I got home, I felt something dripping down my hair. I didn't know what it was so I just rubbed it off and didn't think about it. But I was paranoid so I shampooed twice and washed my hands three times.

The thing is I touched my keyboard while my hands were wet with whatever was in my hair. Is there a chance that I could have touched the keyboard and gotten the stuff back onto my fingers again? I masturbated afterwards and I'm afraid that anything from my hair could have gotten me infected.

So here are my questions:

1) Does shampoo kill semen/blood HIV?

2) Am I risk because I masturbated with the stuff on my fingers?

3) I don't see anything on my hands anymore but I'm still afraid that the stuff could be still living on the keyboard and reattach itself to my hands. Is it safe to scratch my face, pick my nose, "jerk the snake" as long as it's not a lot of blood/semen?

Nobody sprayed you with HIV but that doesn't matter after you read the below anyway.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air (and also in saliva) so is effectively dead outside the human body. Only sex risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal and you were a long ways from either of those.
