Scared mom with a question

Hi all,
I am a mom of 4 with a thirteen year old daughter. She has had three open heart surgeries,1995-2000-and 2008. I have never worried about the blood transfusions she has received as we live in the midwest and go to a wonderful Children's Hospital. I am now a little concerned ,we are about 16 months post surgery and I can't get the blood transfusion out of my mind. She had a bit of petichia on her arms and the Dr. ran a platelet count becaus leukemia does stike. Her platelets were 194,000, her lympocyte percentage was 32%,hemoglobin was 15. Everything looks normal when I read the paperwork, but I just got scared about the transfusion. Is there any need to worry or is it senseless?
