Scared of transmission from semen

Someone with whom I don’t know their status ejaculated on my vagina (outside of the vagina, not penetration inside). He then put his fingers inside my vagina with semen on it as lube. What’s my risk of infection if he was positive?

So, the ONLY risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. Air inactivates the virus. The ejaculation outside your vagina inactivated any chance of HIV virus even if the person used the semen as lubrication. There is no risk in this activity for HIV transmission. No need to worry or test
