PEPadvise

Hello everyone,

here is my episode. I was really really dunk satudray and i went home with a 35/40 years old Brazilian girl.
She had menstrual blood so I decided to not have sex with her for safety reason and i Went with her to a taxi.
However, she took out my penis and started to give me a blowjob unprotected for 10-15 seconds. Then I stopped her. Moreover i put a finger in her *** and licked it. Later I realized there was a little of blood on it.
She started also to rub herself against my penis. I repeat, I was really drunk. I don't think there was possibility for pernetration but I am not sure. Is it possible to have penetrated her this way? While she was rubbing hersdelf naked on my dick? When I saw her trying to put it I stopped her, but I amno sure of every particluar becouse I was too drunk.

The day after I text her to ask about her hehalty condition. She did not reply and just blocked me and there I went crazy. I went to a consultant who told me there was little risk and he empishezed about the fact that in medicine he could not tell 0. Then I went to the hospital. Here another doctor has chosen to give me PEP.

I started to take it after 40 hours. Now it's my third day and I don't have any side effects.

I wanted to ask your opinion about this situation andabout PEP.

How much it decrease the probability and is it dangerous?

What should I do??

Thank you and sorry about my english.

I am panicking

If there was no unprotected intercourse or penetration, there was no risk. There was no risk from receiving oral sex or fingering her. Also, ingesting or consumption of infected fluid wasn't a risk.

I have seen you emphasising on 'no penetration' at least 3 times during your entire post. Therefore, I am compelled to believe that you didn't have an unprotected intercourse or inserted your penis with out a condom in your partner's vagina.

I am not sure why would your doctor believe this to be a risk and recommend you PEP.

I would suggest you to see a good infectious disease doctor and seek a second opinion in context to PEP.

Ideally, you didn't need it as you had no risk from this entire incident.

thank you very much for you reply. I would not have considered PEP if the person hadnot blocked me when I asked about her status. I am anxious and becouse I were so drunk I am afraid a bried penetration could have happened without me realizing it. It is just a thought, I know, but for me it's real.
However, I will keep taking pep while I look for a secondaty opinion. The thing is both the doctor I went consueling told me PEP has no big side effects and I coud take it
If your doctors feel you should go ahead with PEP, you must. We can't go against your doctors.

However, purely from a risk assessment point of view - I repeat, you had no risk whatsoever. You don't even need to test.

She blocked you because you must have pestered her with messages and calls asking for STDs or other absurd questions, ladies hate that the next day, believe you me.

Assuming she was HIV positive was where this ordeal for you started from, this seems to be more of an anxiety issue than an HIV concern.

Thank you again.

I agree with you in general. The thing is i texted the girl asking if shewas fine and she just blocked me immediatelt. Then i wrote her form another phone apologizing and explaining that i was just anxious as a person and I do this kind of question every time. She blocked me again withouth an answer.
You could be right that I was bothering her, but also, she is an ******* for not answering at all.
It makes me thing she has something to hide.

Thank you again anyway. I will seek tomorrow for another expert medical advise and I will decide if stop ping PEP or not. I would like to undesrtand what are risks associated to it. My docotor just said that there was no need to thing beetwen a life and 30 days, so he convinced me
I do not have any STDs or HIV, and I would have blocked you immediately too.  That question assumes dishonesty - that she has HIV and decided not to tell you.  People don't like or deserve assumptions like that.
Thanks for your answer as well. Maybe you are right, but you should try to consider why the other person is asking this and put you in his pants. I mean, I undesrtand that you could not like me becouse I ask, but howewer, i Can not undesrtand why you would block me. I was polite and I did nothing to harm or bother her in general
Morover, I did not ask directly for her status. I just said that I was fine from a healty perspective and I wanted to know if she could tell me the same
It would be a personal preference to respond or not to for an individual. We can't discuss that here in this forum. This forum is specific to HIV prevention and you my friend, don't have an HIV concern.

Please keep following up with your doctor who has recommended you PEP to determine the right course of action from here. We have already established that you did not have a risk and a second opinion with an infectious disease doctor on PEP should not be a bad idea.
You are right. I really appreciated everyone's answers anyway.

Thank you

Moreover i wrote again to the girl from a friend s friend apologyinz, saying what i was going throught and asking her just to tell me what we did with all my heart.

Useless. Blocker after 2 mintued

No risk=no disease = no change in effectiveness of your placebo medication.
Your doctor should be shot for prescribing a placebo medication that has potential side effects. Some docs do that to get anxious patients out of their office, so was that the case?
I would also block anyone who persisted in telling me that i had given them a disease that I couldn't give.
I missed the part about you were drunk so can't guarantee you didn't penetrate her, however that seems very unlikely, since mike pointed out you said no penetration 3 times. Try to relax.
I addure you anxious. I was very doubtful about taking pep. Very afraid. My doctor conviced me. He tolf me if i were you i would hsve takaen it anf aldo believe me this medicines are done to be taken for life. 28 days is nothing and notjing will happen.

I swear that this os what everyone said (3 doctors)

Becoude i read mefhelp i was actually very afraid of pep
