HIV Exposure Please help protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral

Dear All,

I have been into relationships with CSW and tested also periodically.Have always used condoms for insertive sex but stupidly had unprotected oral sex. Sir recently I had unprotected sex with my wife fe and now I am afraid I have done wrong she has developed some 10-15 red spots behind neck Region and 2-3 red spots in front. I have no real symptoms except pain in right hand and one two red spots on shaft head. I swear I never had unprotected vaginal sex I have learned from sites that oral is low risk but no one has complete ruled out. please help last two days I am experiencing watery stools as well. Do I test myself? I am worried for my wife please help me and guide.

If you have never engaged in unprotected penetrative sex you have nothing to worry about.  Condoms are effective barrier to HIV transmission.  Also,  oral sex is not a risk.

The symptoms that you mention are not relevant to HIV symptoms. Your wife is okay,  she doesn't have any HIV symptoms, red dots / bumps are common rashes,  they can occur due to a lot of reason - brushing against the collar of the cloth she wears,  mosquito bite, allergy etc.  You are going through paranoia - watery stool,  psychological pain etc are all classic anxiety symptoms.

You seem to be going through a lot of anxiety due to some underlying emotion,  I suggest you seek help of a counselor, HIV is not the problem here.

Thanks a ton mikeno I just got my test results it was done by ECLIA electro chemilumiscene immuno Assay.HIV -1+2 Ag/Ab Combi Assay HIV -1 Antigen & Antibodies to HIV 1&2 (HIV 1 &2 Combi ) NON REACTIVE. It has given me lot of assurances along with your advice.I know it's very early I have done test after 3rd week post exposure and I am still not out of the woods but the results have helped me a lot.

Can I ask you what's the generation of the above mentioned test. I have taken it from a reliable test centre in India. Thanks
This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. These 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
You must be very anxious because you didn't listen to any of the advice from mike-no that you had zero risk, and instead you have continued to worry that you have HIV. No one here is going to believe your science fiction theory that you had HIV risk.
See a therapist to help you deal with this mental issue that is causing so much pain for no reason.
You were never in the woods, because your problem is not disease, it is fear of disease.
Move on from this HIV fixation, throw the wasted HIV tests in the garbage and enjoy your life, because you were never at risk and should not waste one moment of your life thinking about a disease you can't have.
