masturbation with menstraul blood on my partner fingers

Hi docs,
First of all I apologize for my bed English.
10 days ago I met a girl in a club and after a couple of hours we reached my car.
She started to masturbate me touching my penis just 2 or 3 seconds after masturbating herself.
The masturbation lasted only 20-30 seconds because she started to do a blowjob.
After the blowjob I noticed that there was menstrual blood over her fingers.
I didn’t see blood on my penis but this is probably due to the blowjob.
I had ever read that masturbation is no-risk for hiv but now I’m asking myself if this is true when there is blood on the finger of the partner….
If the blood came in contact with mucous of my penis and if the girl were hiv positive did I take a risk?
An high risk?
Thanks in advance.

Ok thank you!
I knew hiv is fragile outside body ad inactive shortly but nobody tells how much "shortly" and the girl started to mansturbate me only 2 or 3 seconds after have manstubated herself so I didn't know if 2 or 3 seconds was enough to inactivate the virus

No it is not. HIV is fragile and is inactive shortly after outside of the body. Infection takes place inside not outside. And you need more then a little of anything for infection.

May I ask only why?
In case the blood on her finger touched the mucous of my penis this is a contact with a potential infective liquid…isn’t it?
