Sick and scared

Four years ago, I has repeated high risk exposure with a man who at the end of our relationship stated that he had
given me an std that started with an h. It was an extremely abusive relationship, so I was scared to ask any questions, so I just left. Before leaving his mother asked if I hated him for him giving me this disease, but would not state what it was. So I came home, waited my window period and tested negative for everything under the sun. I was
soooo happy, my prior soulmate took me back with open arms with no questions asked. I had a child, a great new job, everything was perfect. Two years later I became ill, fevers, swollen lymphnode at base of skull, under armpits, and pain and pressure in my upper left abdome, slong with burning pains in my hands and feet. Ive been to doctor affter doctor for close to 2 years now, and they have no clue. They see my lymphnodes, they palpitate my sore abdomen, and they have ran many blood tests. Nothing has shown up. I live in pain everyday and just try to make the best of it. My little girl stays sick and has had a swollen lymphnode in her neck as well almost since birth. My husband now also has a swollen lymphnode at the base of his skull and keeps a headache. I was told I have something from a man who I found out had been to prison and enjoys sex with other men as well as women. My question is this, are their some people who just simoly do not make antibodies? My child and myself have tested negative, but my husband is reluctant to test. I've
only had the antibody test. I've deserved and seef along with my doctors trying to figure this out. In my mind, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it is a freakin duck. How do I go about farting additional testing in hopes of saving my family? I know there are people obsessed with hiv from low risk exposure, but my risk was very high and I was pretty much told what I have but I suppose I was in denial? If you have any supportive information, I would appreciate it. Oh and one more symptom, i've kept thrush for 3 months now.

Could it be some of your symptoms are anxiety from fear of aids? You work with people who have it and you dated some man who was risky. You might have simething, i doubt it is aids. If all three of u are sick maybe it is something in your home.

Thanks for your comment Vance. I came out negative for herpes and hpv as well. I'm a health care professional and I deal with hiv patients regularly. We have the same symptoms. It's hard for me to believe. But thank you again for your response.

You were told H, even if that is truthful herpes and HPV are more common than HIV. An antibody test at 3 months is conclusive, everyone makes antibodies, it is how the body fights infection. You don't have HIV based on the info above.
